We specialize in creating fully custom hats, including cowboy hats, through personalized construction and shaping of the crown and brim, precision steaming, and carefully selected accessories like bands and liners. Our hat customization techniques include hand branding, laser etching, feather tucking, pinning, and distressing. Every hat is cut, shaped, and branded onsite—built to be worn with pride, not just to sit on a shelf. Operating from a retro, reimagined 1985 34-foot Airstream, we travel to you, delivering a one-of-a-kind experience while bringing the West straight to you and yours. Depending on your needs, our custom hats and services can also be provided without the camper. We’re a perfect fit for private and corporate events, bridal and bachelor/bachelorette parties, and festivals.
